Where the stored water is not …
Economical
Where the stored water is not for drinking and the site demands maximum mechanical toughness per dollar, a galvanized sectional tank is the pragmatic answer. Steel panels are pressed, hot-dip galvanized and bolted together with the same modular logic as an SMC tank — but at a lower material cost and with higher impact resistance.
Drawings, load map and price within 24 hours.
Steel panels resist impact and point loads better than composites — ideal for busy plant rooms.
Panels are immersed in molten zinc after pressing, so cut edges and bolt holes are protected.
Same fast on-site build as our composite tanks — no welding, no hot work permits.
Typically 20–30% lower capital cost than SMC for the same capacity in non-potable duty.
Supplied with vortex inhibitors and fire pump connections as standard.
Individual panels can be unbolted and replaced without draining the tank.
Standard configuration shown. Every parameter can be adapted — tell us the duty and we will engineer to it.
