Large Capacity
When a project needs one very large tank rather than several small ones, we engineer a custom FRP/GRP structure around your site. Our reference unit — 15 m × 5 m × 3 m, 750 m³ — uses 20 mm panels, a heavy galvanized space frame and internal tie rods to hold a 3 m water column with deflection well inside EN 13280 limits.
Drawings, load map and price within 24 hours.
Up to 750 m³ in one tank, with manifolding available for multi-megawatt fire reserves.
External galvanized columns, ring beams and diagonal bracing designed for wind and seismic loads.
16–20 mm panels on tall walls, verified by finite-element analysis.
We supply anchor layouts, load maps and level tolerances for your civil contractor.
Seismic zone, snow load, salt spray and access restrictions are design inputs, not afterthoughts.
Panel bundles, crane schedule and installation sequence issued with every order.
Standard configuration shown. Every parameter can be adapted — tell us the duty and we will engineer to it.
