The SMC sectional panel tank is our flagship product and the most widely specified composite tank in the world. Off-white moulded panels are delivered flat, carried through standard doorways, and bolted together on site around a galvanized steel frame — which means unlimited capacity, fast installation and a tank that can be expanded years later without demolition.

Compression-moulded at 1,200 t with food-contact resin, certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and WRAS for potable water.
External frame, base rails and diagonal bracing are hot-dip galvanized to 70 µm, suitable for coastal sites.
Continuous EPDM gaskets compressed by A2-70 stainless bolts deliver a class-4 leak-tight seal with no site welding.
Galvanized tie rods and star-couplers resist hydrostatic loading on large spans, keeping deflection under 1/200 of height.
L-shaped, stepped, multi-compartment or elevated configurations — panels are cut and framed to your site.
Add a bay by unbolting one wall section. No new foundation, no service interruption.
