How long does delivery take?
Standard SMC tanks up to 200 m³ ship in 25–30 days after drawing approval. Large tanks above 500 m³ take 30–40 days, plus sea freight. If you have a fixed site date, tell us at enquiry stage — capacity is allocated on a first-order basis.
Can the tank be installed by our own contractor?
Yes. We supply a full installation manual, a panel numbering plan and remote video supervision. Around 30% of our clients self-install. If you prefer, our own crews travel to site — a four-person team assembles roughly 100 m³ per day.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One tank. There is no container minimum for standard sizes, though freight per m³ drops sharply once you fill a 40 ft container (around 300 m³ of tank).
Do you provide drawings for approval?
Yes — GA drawing, panel layout, foundation load map and anchor plan, issued as PDF and DWG within 48 hours of a confirmed enquiry.
What warranty do you offer?
Ten years structural on SMC and stainless tanks, five years on galvanized coating, plus a written hydrostatic test report for every tank.
